§ 1 Scope
The business relationship between Akunavideo and the Customer, the following terms and conditions in force at the time the order is placed. Deviating conditions of the Customer Akunavideo not, unless Akunavideo has expressly in writing.

§ 2 Conclusion
Your order represents an offer to us to conclude a contract of sale when you place an order with Akunavideo, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and its details (order confirmation). This order confirmation does not represent an acceptance of your offer, but will only inform you that your order is received. A sales contract is concluded only when we send the ordered product to you.
Akunavideo does not sell products for purchase by minors. All products can be purchased only by adults.
Please note that we only sell our products in commercial quantities.


§ 3 Revocation
Withdrawal
You may cancel your contract within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods before the deadline expired - by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receiving the goods to the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also does not fulfill our obligations under Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 draft Law as well as our obligations according to § 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 BGB. The revocation period is sufficient to send the revocation or thing. The revocation must be sent to:

Consequences

§ 4 Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery from the warehouse of Akunavideo to the customer's delivery address. Information about the delivery deadline is not binding, unless a delivery date has been confirmed.

§ 5 Maturity and payment, default
The buyer can pay the purchase price in advance (bank transfer, cash on delivery (COD charges + 5.00 €) or Paypal payment (plus € 3.00 Paypal fees)


§ 6 Charging, Retention
A right to offset the buyer only if his counterclaims are legally established or Akunavideo are undisputed. He is also the right of retention only insofar as his counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.


§ 7 Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property until full payment of Akunavideo.


§ 8 Liability for defects
If a defect purchased goods, the legal provisions of § § 434 et seq. The assignment of these claims by the purchaser is excluded.
Unless otherwise stated below, further claims by the customer - for whatever legal reasons - are excluded. Akunavideo is not liable for damage not caused to the item itself, especially not Akunavideo liable for lost profits or other financial losses of the purchaser. If liability is excluded or restricted by Akunavideo, this also applies to the personal liability of employees, representatives and agents.
The foregoing limitation shall not apply if the damage caused by intent or gross negligence or personal injury. It also does not apply if the purchaser claims under § § 1, 4 Product Liability Act.
Unless Akunavideo negligently violated a contractual obligation to indemnify for damages on the typical damage is limited.
If the remedy by way of a replacement delivery, the buyer is obliged to return the original goods within 30 days of Akunavideo at the expense of the customer.The return of the defective product must be in accordance with the statutory provisions of § § 439, paragraph 4, 346 to 348 BGB. Akunavideo reserves the right to claim damages under the statutory requirements.
The limitation period is twenty-four months from delivery.

German law applies excluding the UN sales law.
